- *NOTE: best with fresh-squeezed orange juice and fresh pineapple, cold-pressed using a juicer. For canned concentrate, mix according to instructions. Or use juice from a carton or a bottle.
- Add ice to large, clear glass. Pour in champagne, orange juice, and pineapple juice. Stir. Add grenadine by tilting glass and pouring it down the side of the glass by quickly flipping the bottle vertically. The grenadine should go straight to the bottom and rise-up slowly through the drink. Optional garnish—top with maraschino cherry and add half an orange slice and grilled pineapple wedge to rim of glass.
